Creative E-learning Designer (3 month contract)

Our client is a provider of high quality e-learning solutions to international FTSE 100 companies. As a result of a recent contract win, it is currently seeking an experienced and creative Elearning Instructional Designer / E-learning Designer to develop highly creative and engaging content focused on Sales and Marketing subject matter. This will be on a three month contract basis which could be extended.

Candidate Requirements

• Several years of experience in creative design
• Experience creating creative, compelling and engaging e-learning content
• Experience creating ‘soft skills’ related subject matter
• Excellent proof reading skills
• Practical knowledge of adult learning principles and/or experience in adult teaching or training
• Proven successful track record in instructional design and the specification of eLearning products for adult learners
• Client facing experience in a commercial environment
• Highly developed writing and editing skills to ensure engaging, high quality and consistent style across eLearning modules
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with graphic designers, rich media team, subject matter experts and clients
• Knowledge of and practice with different instructional approaches
including web-based, blended learning delivery and technology led (e.g. forum and virtual classrooms)
• Experience of working for commercial e-learning providers would be an advantage
