As part of their strategy to assemble the best e-learning design and development team in Europe they are now looking for an outstanding group sales director to help deliver their ambitious growth plans.
Reporting to the managing director, you will devise and implement an ambitious sales strategy by building, leading and inspiring a dynamic sales team. You will be a key member of the senior management team, working closely with the heads of product development, marketing and operations.
The successful candidate will be a confident, articulate, engaging and highly-motivated person of graduate-calibre with a proven track record in building profitable revenue streams. You will have an abundance of entrepreneurial flair, the gravitas to develop effective senior-level client relationships and be able to deliver intelligent, robust and profitable client solutions. In addition you will be highly ambitious and have a real hunger to succeed.
Previous experience of the e-learning industry would be an advantage though not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with senior-level sales experience within the corporate travel, media, creative and advertising sectors.
